Easiest, quickest, reasonable, quality key service in Ventura county! We had an amazing experience. I called James to do all our house locks as we had recently moved and wanted new keys. He was here within an hour of me calling and finished in less then an hour! I couldn't have imagined a better service experience.

James did a great job. He was thorough and professional. He came out on a Sunday within 15 or 20 minutes from first contact. Not only did he get us back into the room we'd been locked out of he also replaced the door knob for us so that it wouldn't happen again. We were pleased with his work, and grateful that he could help us out given the circumstances.

Mr. Clay of Clay Commercial Security provided me excellent service. I was having an issue with my door recently, so I called him and he came to see what the problem was literally within about 30 minutes. He did not charge me for that visit, but helped me figure out what the problem was and what parts I needed. After the ordered parts arrived, he fixed my door quickly and properly. He was very professional and I will definitely call him in the future for any of my home security needs.

My HERO!
My HERO! I locked myself out of my room (trying to hide Christmas presents) and he got it open with an under door magic tool. Cost me over $100 for a key and 20 min of his time. Seemed a bit expensive. But was polite and professional (cute too!).

Extremely professional
James from Clay commercial security is extremely professional, always on time and helpful. The experience of having the locks fixed on my home was done with care and respect to the surrounding furniture and floors. Items that were under warranty (I didn't know) were ordered and a quick follow up visit by James took place. Always good to know an honest repair man! I feel like I gained a friend as well as a great locksmith.

He saved my day/life. My alternator was incredibly bad and I couldn't drive my car home and my home was an hour away, and It wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. So after the Metro, the taxi, and my husband wasn't home. And wouldn't be home for a couple of days I found him. Which I am glad because either other lock smiths were closed and/or were about an hour or so away. He came in a fast timely manner, opened my door and I was so happy to be home. He even double checked to make sure my spare keys worked and if I needed one he would make one. Such an excellent service on such a bad day! Thank you! Highly recommended!

Great service
Great service. Changed all the locks in our rental and new house. He also added a remote garage door opener with a code for the front. He took off a pad lock from a bike chain I had lost the key to years ago. Fast and professional.
