Best himan hair wigs in the world!! Superb customer service and follow up! My review
Follea wigs is sometimes more expesive than Hair Couture Designs, And Hair Couture designs has Virgin American hair, where as folia has heavier hair wigs that seem like it's Chinese hair and they are hot. You can't swim with them on. Activa wigs at Hair Couture Designs you can swim with them on. . Don't get me wrong folio wigs are nice if that is your only option but if you have a choice you should compared both places and do research. Follea did not give me any access to current long term customers for referral. Hair Couture did. I spoke with 4 long term customers and they all raved about how long the human hair wigs last and how wonderful the hair is on the wigs. One customer had purchased the folia and the hair only lasted one year she's had her wig made from Hair Couture designs for over three years and she said it still looks new. She does say though that she really takes care of it so I know that is important. I did purchase a wig from Hair Couture designs and I am extremely pleased with my wig and my experience. The manager there is extremely professional and kind and considerate.she took 45 minutes on the phone with me in the beginning just to get to know me and my situation and what I've been through. It was like talking to my sister or someone that cares about you. Very unusual and this realm. They did not say anything negative about any of the competition which I thought was very classy. They focus on positive communication again which is rare. They just know what they're talking about and they are very confident and their product and they let it speak for itself. I spent three hours there trying on some really beautiful wigs. They let me wear each one for some time so I could visually adjust. Then I went onto the next and I was able to take my time take some selfies and send them to my family. I had a crew of people working around me. I never had this much fun and enjoyed trying on wigs.I did choose one as you will see in my picture and this is after it was cut and colored I had some light highlights put in by their hair dresser. Yes they were very busy as their phone was going off all day and it was obvious they were working with people from all over because they were packing up wigs and shipping them out for people to try on which again I have never seen before but not once did someone leave my side to go meet or create another client that walked in. There was a very short period of time I was a little nervous about some fullness on the right side of my head and the wigmaker Yvonne came right over and acknowledge my concern and immediately started carefully thinning out the small area until it looked balanced. The attention to detail is unlike any business I have been to and they're true love for what they do as a apparent. After my purchase and my what ends up to be a six hour visit after my cut and color I broke down crying I was waiting for the wheel to fall off and it never that they were wonderful and the time I walked and tell the time I walked out and even found me a few times and the next couple days to see if I had any questions and to make sure I knew how to use the products that I purchased. I also am able to text Rebecca if I have any questions or any concerns last minute. Beautiful people Beautiful place beautiful wigs. I truly appreciate the wonderful experience they gave me.

The highest quality hairpieces and hair toppers I have seen in a long time
If you have been searching for a extremely high-quality hair topper hairpiece that clips and to your hair and you have thinning hair on top and you can't stand your other hairpieces because they get bad after three months you have to go and visit hair coutur design in Camarillo. I have been to every wake shop and Los Angeles including folia and new freedom and nothing compares to the hair that they use on their wigs and hairpieces. You have to see to believe the quality will speak for itself. No hard-core sales pitch they just let you fall in love with the peas and let you make that decision. They are very patient with you and very kind. I'd recommend this place to everyone

Best Wigs and Hair Loss Salon for Women with Chemotherapy Hair Loss
The people at Hair Couture Designs Hair Loss Salon are awesome. They really lift my spirits, and they are all very professional, accommodating and -- most importantly -- caring. I love my wig. It really works for me. And I've come back a few times to make adjustments, so I'm always happy with it. I got a prescription for a cranial prosthesis and Anthem Blue Cross, my secondary insurance, covered 80% of it! That's a lot of money.

Wonderful staff and beautiful hair pieces
Hair Couture Designs in Camirillo is the most professional and compassionate hair company I have ever experience. As someone with Alopecia it was vital for me to find staff as caring and understanding as Hair Couture Designs. Kelli and Connie are willing to work with you for however long and through many different means of communication (Skype, phone, in person) to make sure you get the perfect hair piece. As a young woman I was hesitant and nervous to get a full wig as I had never known anyone with a wig or used one in my life. The full wig and front lace I purchased is absolutely beautiful (I get compliments everyday), I am more secure in my appearance, and I can still participate in the many activities I did before my hair loss (yoga, hiking, skiing, etc). It has decreased the stress of the everyday struggles of hair loss and I believe that Hair Couture Designs accommodating and working with me so attentively is to attribute to the more relaxed I feel. I will be sure to recommend Hair Couture Designs to anyone I meet that is struggling with hair loss of any kind! Thank you for all your hard work!

High Quality Human Hair Hairpieces and Toppers
Im from Santa Barbara, CA and have been wearing wigs and hairpieces / toppers for over 12 years. I decided to travel to Camarillo for my human hairpiece topper. What a difference!!!!!! The hair is just stunning!!! the workmanship on the hairpieces is stunning!!! The staff is low key and so authentic and helpful and they all worked as a team to help me find a hairpiece, color it and cut it with my hair all in one day. The hair that they use is virgin American Caucasian hair and you can see the difference immediately. Also the hair blends in perfectly with my own hair and doesnt look fake. I have already sent three of my friends there. You have to go just to see the quality. I promise you will not go anywhere else@

Life changers
As a young woman (27) with PCOS, I've struggled with thinning hair since I was 16 (the thinning got worse after taking Accutane to treat my acne). 4 years ago I bought my first wig made by Connie, and it has completely changed my life. Before getting my wig, my self esteem had hit rock bottom. I was so self conscious of hiding my bald spots, and I just felt terrible about how I looked. The piece Connie made was absolutely perfect and looks SO natural. I get compliments about my hair all the time. Connie and the rest of the team at Hair Couture Desings are so lovely and warm. They made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I was after when buying a wig. I recently bought a topper, as it's easier to wear my hair up with the topper and I wanted to rotate my full wig with something else. I couldn't be happier with my hair pieces. I love that it's so easy to do my hair everyday and that everyday is a good hair day. The wigs are pricey, but they are worth every penny. The amount I've saved in haircuts and colors alone has made up for the cost. Connie, Caitlin and Kelly, thank you so much again! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!

The most natural looking Alopecia wigs for swimming
i drove from San Francisco to Ventura County Camarillo to meet with my wig maker jen. She was very professional and kind. She was very interested in me and my emotional state. We both designed a wig together. i picked out the ponytails i liked and we sketched out the design together. i received my custom made alopecia wig two weeks ago. i absolutely love it. it is light and sticks to my head and i do not have to use tape or glue. The hair is buttery soft and feels luxurious against my skin. i can sleep and swim in my wig. i will be getting another one very soon. By far the best human hair wigs for alopecia hair loss! I was a little unsure about getting a custom made human hair wig. I was at first a little intimidated working with an actual wig maker and worried that the expense was going to be out of my budget. When I arrived the staff was down to earth and did not once do any high pressure sales maneuver. They showed me the pre made Caucasian hair lace front wigs and I immediately saw and felt the difference. When I tried them on it was a night and day difference from anything else I have worn. Yes I paid more for this wig but it just made sense. I have been wearing European human hair wigs from Follea for the past 4 years. I paid around $4,000 a piece for them and the hair has lasted at least a year. I really wanted a wig that would last years and was the same baby fine blond hair (like my own). Well I found one. Baby fine never been color treated American hair. I really did not think this type of wig existed until now. The lace front looks completely natural. The hair speaks for itself and the workmanship on the wig is noticeable. The compassion and integrity of the staff is undeniable. It was worth the 4 hour drive. The Very Best Cutom Hair Wigs Made With My Own Hair
Ricka answered just now Hello, I just waited 6 weeks for Hair Couture Designs to make my wig for me out of my own hair. I live in Washington DC and my parents live in Brentwood in Los Angeles County. Jennifer made my wig for me (she is located in Los Angeles) I was able to visit my wig 4 weeks into the job and I was able to give her some extra hair that was donated to me to use in the front of my wig. I got to show her where I wanted it placed and she was very professional and polite and of course made a little time for my visit. I have heard that there are other places that say they make all their wigs in the US but I am also hearing contradictions from other patients in my support group that say different. If you can, go and ask to see the wig while it is being made so you know it is being made here in the USA. I surly did. I have been wearing my wig for 2 weeks now. I had to have a few hairs added by my temple area and they scheduled that in and had it done in a week. I used approximately 4.4 ounces of my own natural light brown hair and then gave an extra 2 ounces of extra blond donated hair (from my sister) for the frontal area. The did not waste my hair. My wig is about 2.5" shorter than the ponytail I gave them and I did understand that some of my shorter hair could not have been used. I love the way the wig turned out. It does look just like my own hair but a little shorter. The blond hair that I added in the front looks even better. I would also like to add that having your own hair back on your head plus a family members donation means more than anything in the world. I feel really at peace.
